I train people looking for a permanent and sustainable lifestyle change that improves every aspect of their lives. While there is a strong nutrition focus to my coaching, it is not a diet. While my workout programming is challenging and innovative, it is not short-term. My fitness coaching methods and philosophy are about longevity, vitality, accountability and sustainability. Registering for my Professional Fitness Coaching program is simple, just go to the CONTACT page and leave me a message about your interest in the program.
